本システムは、番犬を飼われているお宅のニーズから生まれたものです。

「ワイヤーを直線状に一本吊り、その直線上を番犬が往復しているのですが、直線のため移動距離も短く、家の裏側に回ることもできません。ワイヤーを曲げて吊り、番犬が家の裏側まで回れるようにできませんか？」と言う要望です。

　一瞬、解決は簡単そうに思えたのですが、実際に機能するものとなると難しい課題でした。あれこれ試行錯誤しながら考案したのが、本システムです。

　滑車がワイヤーを横に引っ張るとともに、リードが通過できるように、リード通過時に滑車が回転します。通過時に支障がないよう、手のひらを広げた形の、放射状に10本の指が伸びています。

　愛犬のための専用ラインです。曲進するライン上を、愛犬が安全に走り回れる環境を提供します。

個人の利用に加え、キャンプ場や、夏のスキー場、高速道路のSA、河川敷など、営業施設としての提供も考えられます。

　本システムはワイヤーを吊るだけなので、既往のドッグランのように、費用の掛かる柵で囲む必要がありません。移設も簡単です。

愛犬が走るだけでなく、ドッグスポーツの調教・飼育施設としても最適です。

また、害獣（白鼻芯(ハクビシン)、猿、猪、鹿、等）撃退に、番犬がかなり期待できるとのご意見も戴いています。ワイヤーを曲げて吊るだけで、畑などの広い範囲を番犬が巡回できます。

"Our dog is able to move freely along a wire that is stretched straight and taut outside our house. But the wire is set-up in such a way, our dog cannot bend corners and get to the other side of the house. Is there a way to bend this wire to cover the circumference of the house, so that our dog has more freedom ?"

The idea of the dog-guide system began from this simple question. My first instinct told me that the solution would also simple and straightforward, but it turned out to be a surprisingly difficult to solve.

 The dog-guide system involves a pulley that pulls the wire to the side, allowing the wire to bend flexibly. When the leash-connecting the dog and the wire-passes the pulley, the pulley spins and the dog can continue its walk along the rest of the wire. The pulley is shaped like a gear with ten teeth to accomplish the goals.

A wire and several pulleys are the only required equipment in this system, which is significantly more cost efficient compared to setting up fences.

The dog-guide system provides a unique solution to give more freedom for your beloved dog. Not only can it be utilized by individuals, it can also be used for public usage, such as camp sites, ski resorts during the summer, riverbanks, and many more.

Since it is a simple system, it opens up many possibilities other than what is mentioned above; an example could be as a training tool used in dog training center. Another potential idea is to set this system around a field to repel harmful animals with the help of a guard dog.
